Stand for Imou Ranger Dual 8MP Camera

I needed a very simple stand to raise the fixed camera on the Imou Ranger Dual 8MP Camera to nozzle height so I could use both cameras to monitor my prints.  This works perfectly although it's not perhaps the smartest or most elegant of solutions. I have included every variation of file I can think of so it can be freely adapted at will.
