Description

Custom Yeti lid Sliders! Remix from a plain Yeti replacement lid I found on another site, however I made significant changes to correct dimensions (it was not the proper side, too small for lid track, cited magnets didn’t fit in the recess, etc). So I cleaned it all up, ensure a PERFECT Magnet fit (see source for magnets I found on Amazon below, but any round magnet that measures a true 8mm x 3mm should fit fine).

Use 8mmx3mm Magnets:

Pause at layer 24 to allow magnet install (ensure correct direction to attract towards lid, gentle push is all that is required, no glue, perfect snug fit!)

Painted - 2 Color (you can simply use this profile and select a single filament for the slider if you would prefer one color print.

do you have to pause to put the magnet in? and if so how do you know when to pause?

I built the pause into the print file if you use the project file. If you use the .STL and edit the file you will have to add the pause at the appropriate layer (you can view layer by layer and slide the bar up and down to see where the last layer is before it prints over the hole). If that doesn't make sense, google for how to insert a pause into a print with Bambu Slicer and it should come right up.
