FTC 31000 Custom Intake Rollers

Custom Intake Rollers developed by FTC 31000, ‘Vanta Robotics' for the Into the Deep Game Season

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Print the CORES first (PETG)
2. Print the WHEELS and add a pause at layer 57 (TPU)
3. Insert the CORES into the Center of the Wheels (make sure they are aligned) 
4. Resume WHEELS print. 

These wheels are meant to go on a GoBilda REX Shaft, and to be used with our Intake Frame. The PETG Core is meant to prevent any slipping on the axle.

Recommended Configurations: 
Wheel Diameter: 75mm

Tilt Angle: 10 deg

Inner Hex Offset: 0.5mm
