Knife Handle
Print Profile(3)

Description
A replacement knife handle designed to give new life to broken or worn-out knives.
Why I Designed It
I originally made this handle to repair a broken knife, creating a simple 3D-printed replacement that could be securely attached to the existing blade. The design keeps a comfortable grip and good balance while maintaining an easy assembly.
Parametric Version Added
Due to its success, I’ve added a parametric version that lets you customize:
– The number and position of holes (up to three)
– The blade slot size
These options make it adaptable to many blade types and repair situations. Below the model you’ll find a guide explaining which parameters to adjust for each dimension.

These are the parameters to be modified for the position of the holes, by setting the diameter to 0 ("D" parameters) the relative hole disappears

These are the parameters to change for the blade seat. The TH_blade parameter is used for the thickness.
Setting both W and H to 0 to remove entirely the seat.
For printing parameters of the parametric model, refer to the original print profile
