Description

I slimed up the Swiss lever build from ‘The Abbey Clock Project’ and made a model that you can print and use either as a simple toy or as a regulator for a clock.

Easy Build. Explains the concept of energy escaping the system and re-introducing it back into said system.

NOTES

-uses PLA Basic

-Minimal Slim Tree Supports for everything that needs supports (just two parts).

-use filament for the shafts on everything that needs an axel. Make them as straight as possible.

-Important: You will want freedom of rotation (about .05" of clearance) for the balance wheel but not for the hairspring.

--Bump up the escape wheel size by 2%

-Once everything is printed, you will attach a string to the escape wheel via its hole.

-You will need a weight or you can pull the string and watch the mechanics of it go to work.

-ENJOY!!!!!
