Description

3D model of power transmission gears designed for parallel and complementary axes. Originally created as a replacement for a worn-out part of a fitness machine, this component is versatile and can also be used in other machinery, automation systems, or robotics applications.

The design allows for good adaptability to various contexts, but it is recommended to check and, if necessary, adjust the tolerances based on your 3D printer, filament, and settings. I tested the model with both PLA and PETG: the PLA gears have proven to be durable under the stress of my fitness equipment.

Note: Before use, ensure the dimensions and tolerances are compatible with your system. Minor adjustments may be necessary for optimal installation.

I am sharing this project in the hope that it may also benefit others with similar needs.
