SunSpin
After many attempts and tests, I managed to achieve a result that satisfies me 90%. I’d like to share it with you! While I drew inspiration from various sources, I believe the final design is my original solution. Inside the fidget spinner, I used balls that are all connected – an approach I haven’t seen in any other project so far. This innovative solution ensures a great final effect while keeping the printing process simple. Additionally, I added a simple handle in the center to make the spinner easier to rotate. Importantly, the design doesn’t require a bearing, making it both accessible and unique.
The spinner itself is designed in the shape of the sun, as I wanted it to reflect this motif. Both the form and the details aim to capture its radiant character, making it a functional and aesthetically pleasing gadget.
