Description
A 20000mah power bank with a built-in output cable, designed for ultimate compactness.
Utilizing four 5000mah 21700 lithium-ion batteries connected in parallel for a total capacity of 20000mah.
Print the casing vertically and the panel horizontally.
Requires the power bank kit motherboard shown in the image; remove the USB-A female connector and trim a data cable for direct soldering.
Requires four 21700 lithium-ion batteries, installed in parallel.
Requires several relatively thick conductive wires; I used 20 AWG.
Requires a spot welder, soldering iron, and several nickel strips.
Secure the cover with hot glue or super glue.
The motherboard supports 22.5W.
Due to limited equipment, testing shows that 18W input/output is reliable.
Battery cost: 35, motherboard cost: 31; other materials' costs were not recorded; total cost: 66 yuan.
