Flush Trim Jig for Milwaukee Router.
Solid results, very steady leaving crisp cut line.
BOM:
M8 x 200 mm threaded rod
M8 x 40 mm coupling nut
M8 x 30 hex bolt
M8 penny washer x 3
M8 nut (nyloc preferably)
M3 heat set inserts (M5 outer diameter) x 3 - for guard, optional
M3 screws x 3 - for guard, optional
To use hod down firmly against work surface and drag along. Flat portion of the guide for flat surfaces, round section for rounded surfaces.
Remove the guard for rounded surfaces.
