Description

Changes to the models from the originals:

I used previous versions of both of these designs, but had to modify them both to get them to work together with the stock enclosue and stock HDMI screen.  Thanks to the original designers for making the starting point.

For the HDMI screen mount, I redesigned the part to shift the screen to the left by 17mm, allowing some clearance for the HDMI and USB cables between the two screens.

For the LCD screen mount, I redesigned the part to eliminate the requirements for supports, and to shift the screen mount location down 7mm to stop the stock enclosure doors from hitting the screen.

About these parts:

It may be useful to have both of these screens in use at the same time.  There are some functions that are easier to get to with the LCD screen, and the HDMI touch screen is better for many other things.

These parts allow you to mount both the HDMI monitor and the LCD screen to the printer and remain compatible with the stock enclosure.
You will need 90 degree HDMI and USB cable connectors most likely.  The cables for the LCD screen need to come between the plastic and the aluminum tray, removing one of the screws as shown in this picture:

The HDMI monitor mount clips to the existing mount for the LCD monitor.
The LCD monitor mount friction fits to the front of the printer.

I have included .stp files if you want to remix these for your own specific use.

Update:

I have designed an updated single-piece version of this holder from scratch that fixes some of the problems this version had, like better attachment points, and doesn't require 90 degree HDMI and USB adapters.   It can be found here:
