A Gr8Wings creation for Makerworld !

This model concerns the creation of 90-degree angular profiles suitable for the cold connection (without bolts, screws or adhesives) of plates (for example, a wooden or plastic skirting board profile) to be fixed at a right angle. There are two 90° compartments where the plates can be inserted. The mechanical seal is provided by the friction of the plates along two ridges created at two different heights inside the compartment.

The FreeCAD project is parametric; through the variables (<<globals>>) it is possible to modify all the dimensions of the object! So you can obtain angular profiles of any size, acting on the height, the two lengths, the dimensions of the compartments and also on the size of the chamfer (fillet).
