Fear not, as with the power of a 3D printer and 45 minutes of electricity, you will have successfully created a replacement to protect your costly camera you call an "investment" ;D

 

About this design:
With the proper fitting of the Sony E-mount threads, ensuring that the cap will never fall off unless you remove it yourself.
Designed with comfort in mind, the nicely textured surface ensures that you wouldn’t drop the cap in the harshest of conditions. Be it rain or shine, you will never have to doubt the reliability of this beautifully engineered lens cap for your Sony E-mount Camera.
