Thoroughly clean your build plate before printing
Two suggestions:
For poor first layer adhesion, enable the brim function to add a brim
Switch to a polyurea build plate; polyurea plates offer excellent adhesion, and at the same base temperature, there is virtually no spaghetti effect!

Here are two suggestions:
If the first layer adhesion is poor, you can enable the brim function to increase the skirt
Replace the build plate with a polyurea plate, which has excellent adhesion. With the same bottom layer temperature, there will basically be no spaghetti!
