Description

Wanted to improve the prior hat hanger system for my wife's large brim hats instead of the single nail. This is a simple design that allows the hat to have a larger radius to support it more evenly. Since this is a single hat holder, you do not have to use screws, you can use smaller tack nails to install on the wall, so it will be easier to repair if you remove them. If you wish, you can use command strips (medium or small). These command strips are roughly 15mm in width and the center bar on the hat holder is 10mm. You will have roughly 2.5 mm on each side exposed though.

There are two prints in the file. One is the actual hanger. The other is a test piece to see if it fits your hat(s), labeled as Test Template for Hat in the 3mf file.

This will print fine with our supports. If you have any adhesion issues (to the bed, layers, under extrusion, etc..), this is a printer issue, not a file issue. Wash your bed with warm water and dish soap. Dry your filament, etc…
