Description

Travel container for Eli Lilly (Zepbound & Mounjaro) auto-injectors that doubles as a sharps container. I loved the original model, but it was quite big and the lid was difficult to screw on. This one is a bit smaller and more snuggly holds the pen. The cap is also redesigned to screw on a bit easier, and it has a circular cavity on its underside that is spaced perfectly to hold the end of the pen in place, to keep it from rattling around in the container. I also made a “Aligner Lid”, that extends the cavity downwards, to really get the pen to sit snug in the container. This uses a bit more filament, uses supports, and takes a bit longer to print. You only need one lid, so pick your preference. I have maintained the biohazard icon on the bottom of the container, and I also have maintained the original author's icon that is inside the container, as a homage. It is highly recommended to use the supplied print profile, it is much faster than the original model, but maintains the strength, especially around the threads. The standard lid will test your printer's bridging ability, as it has the aforementioned cavity in the lid, but my A1 had no difficulties with it. If you run into issues with the lid, you may want to enable supports. The aligner lid requires supports anyways, so I left them in the middle cavity portion.
