After having the original removed from my vehicle, I decided to design and print my own. The inner diameter in the image is 80mm, and the snorkel can be scaled as needed. So far I have only printed it in HighSpeed-PLA, but ABS or PETG should also be possible.
Incidentally, it is surprisingly stable; even riveting with 5mm rivets caused no problems.
I will see how this behaves in the summer, perhaps a PETG print profile will follow…. :)
