Knife Blade Disposal Trash Bin - Child Protected

This is an fast print-in-place trash bin for used blades, needles, hack saw blades, knife blades and more. No supports needed.

The used knifes or other sharpe objects can be just thrown from the top into the box. The box can store a lot of old blades. If the box is full, you can trash the complete box, so you will never have to handle with the sharpe blades again, no knife will rip your bin bag anymore!

I would never say something is “child-safe”, as there is always a kid outside who can open it. But as the box has no real option to open it, your children are quite safe. Moreover, the openings on the top are protected by an additional fringe, which makes it nearly impossible for blades to fall out.

Hint for STL-Download: You must print this trash bin upside-down, otherwise it will not work. The print profile is ready-to-use, of course, so all who are printing or downloading the print profile can just sent the profile to your printer! This hint is only for those, who are downloading the .stl-file.

Tested successfully with PLA, no supports and no brim required. If you want to print the text (can be customized in Bamub slicer), it must be printed in a different color to be visible (as it is plain).
