A lot of comments mention an issue with the base. So I went into Fusion 360 and fixed that! Printed a trophy for my league and it came out great! No issues! All plaque spots are now usable.&nbsp;I also scaled the Lombardi Ball Connectors to about 98%. That size seemed to work better for me. Test it out and resize/reprint that plate as needed (very low material usage).&nbsp;Other items I noticed in the process:<ul><li>I recommend using #8-32 machine screws for connecting the Lombardi Ball to the Lombardi Base (not the originally recommended #6-32). However, #6-32 worked great for connecting the Lombardi Base to the Base.</li><li>I recommend using a 0.2 mm diameter nozzle for printing the Winner Name Plates. Should give you better quality as the plates/text are relatively small.</li></ul>All in all a great print! Shoutout OP for the cool project! Good luck all!

I wanted to maximize the height of the trophy so I scaled up the Lombardi parts from EDNation&#39;s model, so follow the assembly instructions from there leaving out the base and base feet. Base from 3D6 Designs with name plates fit the bill nicely which together makes this the biggest and baddest FFL trophy on Makerworld!&nbsp;Due to the scaling up, you will need 5x 6-32 or equivalent machine screws to assemble the ball to the Lombardi stand, and then 3 for the nameplate base, recommend using washers for the base. Doing this makes it easy to fit the whole trophy (by separating the base from the Lombardi) in a USPS medium shipping box to send it on to the winners the each year.
