Description
Secure and compact storage for braces and aligners with a total height of 26mm
The box locks securely when closed
The top has small ventilation slots so the contents can dry well
The hinge is pressed together with some force It's best to first thread one side and then snap the second side into place with a firm tug
As material, I would recommend PETG, as it is somewhat more flexible and softer than PLA, making it easier to assemble the two halves of the box and ensuring a longer lifespan for the snap-fit latch
During the design, I specifically made sure that the box can be printed entirely without support material
This makes it very light and easy to print
UPDATE:
now also added with a total height of 22mm and 50mm
Top and bottom parts from different heights can also be combined with each other
Version 2 with a wing for easier opening
