21700 4S2P PD QC 100W Power Bank enclosure

I added some vent holes along the side and made the power bank longer so that you now can have twice the capacity inside. This puts less strain on each individual cell making them run cooler and lets you use cheaper cells or cells with higher capacity per cell. But it takes longer to charge (duh!). Instead of a 4S1P its now a 4S2P Battery. 
 

Getting the shells to close around the battery pack can be a bit tricky, despite the screws. I would recommend using CA Glue to keep the mittel part of the long side closed. Also make sure you are using a spot welder and dont dry to solder to the battery terminals if you are not experiences with 18650/21700 batteries. You can run the cable in the trenches between 2 cells towards the board. Its a tight fit, but it works.

I used this Charger Board from AliExpress: LINK (Item Number: 1005005241122746). Note that it has the small displays and the second USB-C port is swapped for a micro-USB in. It fits nonetheless. But there are some that have a larger LCD which will not fit easily due to the display sticking out.
