Based on this piece https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:713599 I designed a bounceplate, which holds the flash up, but also diffuses the light from the flash in the direction.
Print in with transluscent material to get the best results.
The pictures of the bottle are showing the reflection with and without the bounceplate-diffuser.
