whats that bulge at the bottom? Will it print fine?

yes, it prints perfectly fine and that bulge i have made it because i can use a tape on the bottom of the idol and this bulge would cover the tape... the tape will not be visible

Support Issue:prints in a way that it is causing spaghetti issues

Bed Adhesion Issue:printed twice. same spaghetti issue

print it using the support.. i did and it looks good.. let me know if you need any help also not just the design problem, spaghetti issue, it can be due to improper print temperature or it can be with the higher print speeds...

Missing Model Parts:not able to print the model .At the initial stage only the base is not printing completely.I request you to upload a different file .Even in slicing we could find the part is not proper
