Requires no supports&nbsp;Dowel is ~10x10x7mm, with three tolerance options:<ul><li>Tight: .1mm tolerance</li><li>Standard: .15mm tolerance</li><li>Loose: .2mm tolerance</li></ul>If the standard dowel does not fit, try one of the others

Cut into pieces and uses filament as dowels.  I broke this model into 3 pieces so that it can be printed without supports. Also added some negative volumes to make space for dowels. You stick a piece of filament in the hole and cut off slightly proud of the surface. Just use some Cyanoacrylate or Epoxy to glue together.  With the dowels - alignment is solved for you, you should just dry fit first and if needed rotate 180deg.   <ul><li>Print without supports</li><li>5% gyroid infill is most material efficient for sufficient strength.</li><li>2 Wall loops gives a great surface finish without using too much material.</li></ul>

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 5% infill

This was an experiment using an AI 3D model generator called meshy.ai&nbsp;The results were pretty neat! Not the highest resolution, or cleanest, and I had to make sure the bottom was flat for the print bed, but for a free model generator using AI, I was impressed!
