Filament Swatch Enhanced with Tests

This model expands on Bambu Lab's base 24x24mm filament swatch design, integrating two useful filament tests:

• Transparency Test - Layer Thickness: 0.2mm / 0.4mm / 0.6mm / 0.8mm / 1.0mm
• Diagonal Line Test - Line Thickness: 0.8mm / 1.2mm / 1.6mm / 2.0mm / 2.4mm

Feature sizes and positions in this model were designed in 0.4mm increments to reinforce clean printing with 0.2mm and 0.4mm nozzles. The default swatch peg hole has been rotated to maximize available label space.  These swatches provide a useable label space of 22.4mm x 12.4mm with 3 labeling options:

• Labels - If you're into clean, legible labels, this swatch design has space to accommodate a standard 22mm x12mm label.
• Printed Text - If you don't have access to a label maker but still like clean labels, this project includes 3 plates for swatches with customizable text elements that can be edited in BambuStudio and 3D printed right on the swatch.  Also includes support for multicolor text via AMS.
• Pen - If you just need a quick and dirty label, you can print the swatch blank and write directly on the surface with a felt tip pen.

In order to provide you with an array of color and label options, this project includes multiple build plates to choose from for both single color and AMS supported multicolor prints:

• Plate 1 - Single Swatch - Single Color - No Text
• Plate 2 - Single Swatch - Single Color - With Customizable Text
• Plate 3 - Single Swatch - AMS Multicolor - With Customizable Text
• Plate 4 - 4 Swatches - AMS Multicolor - No Text
• Plate 5 - 4 Swatches - AMS Multicolor - With Customizable Text

Please Note: All swatches that include a With Customizable Text option will require BambuStudio to edit text labels, colors and fonts.
