I couldn't find suitable Skadis holders for my Netgear GS116 V2 Switch, so I revised the adapters designed by Steve for smaller Netgear switches.

The 3.5mm holes are suitable for directly screwing in M4x8 (or shorter) screws. The adapters allow for a hole spacing of 145mm to attach to the Skadis hole pattern. I use it for the Netgear PROSAFE GS116 V2, but it should also work for other wide routers or switches.
For assembly, first screw in the M4 screws, then hang the hooks in the Skadis board and then insert the switch.
