I wanted a bit more flexibility, so I printed this in Overture TPU HS. I turned it vertical since I was printing it in TPU and wouldn't have to worry about breaking it. That let me not need supports. It works great and fits both my Fluke and Klein meter probes, and being flexible TPU gives me a great range of width and angles that I can position the probes with one finger in the V between the probes. The TPU also lets me position the grips at different places along the probes (see 2nd picture).

It works well, I printed a few layers at the opening end of the tweezers and measured the resulting hole diameter which was 8.77mm, and the required diameter for my Fluke leads is 9.74mm so I increased the scale by 11.06% in the overhaul size. Happy with the result, no more chopstick juggling :-)

Did they also not fit on the rear of the probes? Having them on the front like that wouldn't seem to give enough room to flex a bit for adjusting to the distance between the contacts. I've only tried mine on the rear sections of the Fluke and Klein probes.

I apologize that it does not function well for you I created it for my probes, if you tell me the probe diameter (the first part) I can enlarge it a bit Otherwise, if you print it in TPU, I think it will work well

I apologize that it doesn't fit yours, but you can resize it in Bambu Studio This is a trick you can use to adapt it to yours ✌️

Not your fault, as I stated, there are hundreds of versions of the probes, maybe a sliding wedge under the the bottom into hole for different sizes ????

Works great! Not much more to say. I would have saved so much frustration had I had this model a month or two earlier while doing some DIY electrical work. Can't wait to try it out next time! I printed in PLA Matte black and there just enough flex in them. Cheers
