Recently at work, the safety hatch of the company vehicle, a Mercedes Daimlerchrysler AG 670, broke. We couldn't find replacement parts anywhere, so, with great patience, after disassembling the damaged parts, I measured and reproduced them in 3D to print them.
The parts were printed with 100% infill. Since they are simply moving components not subject to particular stresses, I chose to avoid ABS and use PLA+.
