Description

I designed this Arduino Uno R3 Large Project Box for my own racing simulator setup, and it ended up being really useful, so I figured I’d share it. It’s a spacious enclosure with adjustable mounting slots, which I found super handy because I needed something that could easily fit under my Next Level Racing 2.0 wheel stand.

My use case was for a wind simulator I’m powering, which runs on DC 5V input, with a USB output and a few pin gaps for various connections. I mounted the box under my rig using some of the predrilled bolt holes on the stand, and the slot system I added made it really easy to adjust the bolt placement without needing to be exact with the holes. The goal was to have something flexible and efficient, so the slots let me adjust where the bolts go and saved some material in the print.

The inside has plenty of room for the Arduino Uno R3, wiring, and any extra components you might need for your project. I left space for the USB and pin headers to be accessible, so you don’t have to worry about things being cramped or hard to reach.

In short, it worked out great for my project, and I’m sharing it in case anyone else has a similar setup or just needs a flexible enclosure for their Arduino projects. It’s easy to mount, customizable, and helped me keep my setup clean and functional.
