KITT - Knight Rider - Pontiac Firebird Trans Am

Summary
This is a model of a Knight Industries Two Thousand (K.I.T.T.) from Knight Rider in a kit card style. Some characteristic details can be discovered. Equipped with separate spoiler.
After printing, the model can be assembled with the help of integrated connectors.
The wheels can be turned, but the car will not roll.

Versions
The complete set is available in a 3MF file for a one-color print.
There is a 3MF-file with predefined colors intended for users of AMS or MMU.
Otherwise, the chassis, rims & exhaust and the tires must be printed separately.
Single parts available.

Print
Print with 0.12 layer hight or lower to bring up the details.
No supports are needed.
Use 3 perimeters and 10% infill.

Post processing
The small struts can be removed really quickly and cleanly using a side cutter.

Assembly
The kit is easy to assemble. All parts fit together very well.
Use some grease for the hole in the rim so that the wheel turns more easily.
If a part should be loose, superglue can be used.

Dimensions at 100% scale (1:24)
The fully assembled model has the following dimensions
Height: 51mm
Depth: 198mm
Width: 83mm (including side mirrors)

The complete kit card has the following dimensions when printed
Height: 40.3mm
Depth: 198mm
Width: 129.2mm
Scaling will work in a low range due to the tolerances.
