Bill of Materials

Description
This model is part of my MMTcp (Modular Marker Tower compatible part) series, which is based on the basic dimensions of the MMT series from Paw85 and is therefore compatible with his parts.
The ring serves as a scanning aid for the Revopoint Dual Axis Turntable and enables MMT/MMTcp components to be mounted outside the turntable surface thanks to eight threaded holes. Due to its design, it is possible to mount the ring in two different orientations on the turntable.
Orientation 1: Flat side facing upwards with the option of using eight MMT/MMTcp components + up to 18 magnetic scanning aids.
Mounting in this orientation can be carried out without tools by simply placing the ring on the turntable.
Orientation 2: Bevelled side facing upwards with the option of using eight MMT/MMTcp components. In addition, scan markers can be attached to create individual reference markings.
Mounting in this orientation must be carried out using the mounting clips.
(The mounting clips work in both orientations but should be removed for independent scanning)
It is also possible to use the ring as an independent scanning aid. The 18 magnets allow it to adhere to magnetic surfaces.
Screw adapters are required to use the MMT/MMTcp components.
Included objects in the 3mf file:
- 1x ring
- 4x mounting clip
- 8x screw adapter
- 4x optional mounting clips to be used with M6 screws (seperate build plate)
