As requested by @fotomaromania I added a mirrored version. This one tilts to the Left and Upwards.

Given the original model by Azega on Printables, i added aa mounting option for standard sockets and got a flush mounted reolink doorbell mount, which can be tilted by 45° and 20° (Right/Up or Left/Down) depending on how you mount it. It should be possible to rotate it by 180 degree easily.
