RC Plane Tail Wheel Hub

This size suits most 1-1.5m plane builds.
Wheel hub rim diameter: 20mm
Wheel hub barrel diameter: 12mm
Axel rod: 1.5mm
Hub weight: 1.2gr. Weight with PU foam wheel: 2.5gr.

To assemble it, I drilled out a 1.2cm diameter hole in a PU foam block with an ultra fine point sharpie cap inserted in a drill chuck (the heat makes a solid inner surface). Then I applied a bit of CA glue to both wheel hubs and snapped them together in the hole. I then inserted a steel rod as axle and spun the foam block against a hot wire to cut the PU foam into a tire.
