Description

Dust Extraction Adapter for DeWalt Table Saw to Festool Hose with 90° Bend

This adapter is designed to connect the dust extraction port of your DeWalt table saw to a Festool vacuum hose with a Cleantec D27/37 connector. The adapter includes a 90-degree bend so it can be used in tight spaces.

The end of the adapter that connects to the table saw tapers from 57 mm to 60 mm to make sure it's a tight fit.

It might fit other brands of table saw just check the diameter of your dust extraction port.

Note: The support can be a bit tricky to remove i would recommend using some pliers and sanding paper to clean the last bit up.

its support cannot be withdrawn, so i throw it to rubbish.

Modify the Z distance in your slicer, increase it by 0.05 to 0.08 mm, even more if you want to know the exact value, print a support test, https://makerworld.com/en/models/2050384-support-test-tree-and-normal-support-test?from=search#profileId-2212827

I recommend printing with the largest diameter tube in contact with the bed This minimizes support structures and reduces the need for extensive sanding as the vacuum tube only contacts the interior

i made it this way because the connector for the festool hose needs to be kind of precise so this way it ensures it fits.

I hadn't considered that detail Thank you for the feedback

With that amount of pipe reduction you could start the bend inside of the saw port and have a really tight fit. Making room for a foldable outfeed table
