Description
The sun's glare bothered me daily, and while checking ongoing contests, a brilliant idea struck me.
I'll make a sundial!
The design is intentionally simple yet visually appealing (at least in my opinion).
The gnomon can be manually adjusted once.
A quick online search using phrases like:
"What is my latitude?"
"Sundial angle at latitude X"
quickly reveals the necessary angle for your sundial.
Optionally, it can be wall-mounted; I've included a small opening on the underside for this purpose.
If you plan to mount it, remember to do so before using it.
I secured the gnomon's position using super glue.
For ease, I created a cardboard template using a protractor.
For a smooth surface, I used standard 0.08 settings and added inner walls for improved bed adhesion.
I hope someone likes it, and I welcome constructive feedback <3
