Compatibility:

The spoiler is designed exclusively for the following body styles:

• Sedan
• Coupe

It fits the full range of E46 engines, including models: 316i, 318i, 320i, 323i, 325i, 328i, 330i, as well as diesel versions 318d, 320d, and 330d.

NOTE: The product does not fit the Touring (Estate/Wagon) body style.

Technical Information and Recommendations:

We strongly recommend using only high-temperature materials for 3D printing (e.g., ABS, ASA, polycarbonate, or specialized engineering filaments). Using standard materials (like PLA) may lead to deformation due to the high temperatures occurring in direct sunlight and the natural flexing of the car body during summer conditions.

Important: If the spoiler is printed in multiple parts, the sections must be permanently bonded together before mounting on the car. We recommend using a dedicated spoiler adhesive or another high-strength structural adhesive to ensure the structural integrity of the component during driving.

Installation:

The element is designed for non-invasive mounting, allowing you to avoid drilling holes in the trunk lid. The spoiler should be installed using:

• Automotive-grade adhesive (such as "windshield adhesive" or polyurethane adhesives), which provides a durable and flexible bond resistant to vibrations and weather conditions.
• Optionally: high-quality mounting tape (e.g., VHB type), which allows for initial positioning of the component.

Before applying the adhesive, ensure the surface of the trunk lid and the spoiler itself are thoroughly degreased. We recommend a "dry fit" before final bonding to ensure precise placement.
