P1 Ventilated Riser

Designed specifically to match the original Bambu Lab P1 full machine casing, it is not compatible with the original factory top cover. You need to cut your own acrylic sheet to make an observation top cover; it can only be used as a set with this riser, and other risers on the market cannot be adapted or combined.

Structure and Fixing Solution

1. The main frame is formed by splicing 4 separate frame pieces, with 4 sets of metal reinforcement tabs to secure the splicing gaps; each tab is tightened with 4 M3 hex screws, and the entire frame assembly requires a total of 16 M3 screws, ensuring a tight and secure fit at the splicing gaps.

2. Fixing for the self-made acrylic top cover: The frame has reserved M2 screw mounting points, and 12 M2 screws are needed to securely fasten the acrylic top cover to the frame strips.

Aesthetic Flaw Concealment Design

Edges of self-cut acrylic sheets are prone to burrs and irregular dimensions. This riser frame comes with widened shielding steps, which can completely cover acrylic cutting imperfections, enhancing the overall visual neatness of the machine and perfectly matching the self-cut acrylic top cover to form a completely enclosed observation window.

Printing Process Recommendations

PETG filament is recommended for printing, and no extra supports are needed for the rounded corner structures; the segmented modules can be printed flat in batches, with no obvious splicing steps after assembly. The thickened frame simultaneously improves the airtightness of the equipment casing, resulting in better temperature control during printing.
