🧠 Advanced Customization: Knuckles & Hole Patterns

Unlike static models, this generator gives you full control over the mechanical structure:

  • Custom Knuckle Count: You aren't limited to a standard hinge. Choose any odd number of knuckles (3, 5, 7, 9, 11, etc.) to make the hinge as robust as you need. An odd number ensures the central pin is safely locked inside.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Smart Hole Pattern (1 and 0): You have absolute control over which knuckle gets a screw hole! Using the Hole_Pattern text input, simply type a sequence of 1s (Hole) and 0s (No Hole) from bottom to top.
    • Example: Typing 10101 on a 5-knuckle hinge will place holes on the outer and middle segments, leaving the others perfectly solid!
