Custom BYD Coaster - Carbon Fiber Finish

Design Features:

• Compatibility: Originally designed for the BYD SEAL U DM-i, although due to its standard dimensions it should fit perfectly in most BYD range coasters.
• Premium Aesthetic: The carbon fiber effect seen in the photos is achieved by using a textured sheet (PEI/PEO) on the print bed.
• Material: Printed in PLA (PETG is recommended if the car will be exposed to extreme summer temperatures to prevent deformation).

Recommended Print Settings:

• Orientation: IMPORTANT! Print face down (the logo side against the bed). This is essential to achieve that smooth finish and transfer the base texture to the front of the coaster.
• Initial layer: Make sure you have good leveling for a perfect logo.
• Infill: 15-20% is sufficient.
• Supports: Not necessary.

Creator's Tip:

If you use a carbon fiber textured print bed, the final result will be identical to the images, giving it a much more professional look and matching the car's interior.
