Description

The Problem Stripped flash drives and raw USB connector boards are fragile and can be difficult to plug in and unplug safely without bending the board or touching the exposed contacts.

The Solution I designed this simple, low-profile sleeve to slide snugly over the back end of the PCB.

Features

  • Friction Fit: Designed to hold onto the board securely. (Depending on the exact dimensions of your specific USB board, a tiny drop of CA glue can be used for a permanent hold).
  • Better Grip: Adds just enough thickness to make inserting and removing the device much easier.
  • Rapid Print: Takes only a few minutes to print and is a great way to use up the very last bits of filament on a spool.
