Who drew the short straw today?

To my non-german followers: “Die Arschkarte ziehen” is a german saying, a literal translation would be: “To draw the ass-card”. The closest english equivalent would be “To draw the short end of the stick”. This is simply a physical version of this idiom.

Unfortunately, I cannot claim the basic idea as my own; the credit goes to a colleague who approached me one day and asked if I could print his WhatsApp sticker “Die Arschkarte” in real life. I couldn't say no, I had to, and I designed some that very evening.

Size: The cards have the same dimensions as a credit card, making them perfect for always carrying a few in your wallet.

Printing: The cards are very easy to print; I prefer a smooth print plate, but that's a matter of taste. I set the top layer (the back) to a Hilbert Curve Pattern; it takes a bit longer, but in my opinion, it looks better and conceals any potential artifacts from the multi-colored layers beneath.

I have also uploaded a double-sided version.

Usage: Slip them unnoticed into someone's pocket or deliberately pass them on, distribute them, give them away. The possibilities for use are unlimited!

Filament: I used: Bambu PLA in White and Red, Anycubic PLA in Black, and eSUN-Silk for the golden ones.
