Stackable Organizer Box - Minimalist Design
This is a storage box designed to be lightweight, sturdy, and easy to organize. Its design includes integrated ergonomic handles and a stepped base that allows multiple units to be stacked securely, optimizing space on your desk, workshop, or shelf.
Design features:
- Thin walls: With a thickness of 1mm, it achieves a perfect balance between material saving and structural rigidity.
- Stacking system: The base fits perfectly onto the top of another identical box.
- Multi-purpose: Ideal for organizing screws, electronic components, office supplies, or crafts.
Recommended Print Settings:
To achieve the best results and ensure solid walls, I suggest these parameters (tested on the model in the photos):
- Material: PLA (though it also works well in PETG or ABS).
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm.
- Layer height: 0.20 mm.
- Perimeters (Walls): 2 or 3 (to ensure the 1mm wall is solid without much internal infill).
- Infill: 15-20% (although with 1mm thickness, most of it will be solid).
- Supports: Not required. The handles are designed to be printed without the need for support material.
