Universal Suction Plate (Vacuum Table) Version S
This vacuum clamping plate is the ultimate solution for securing thin or difficult workpieces on CNC machines, laser engravers, and drill presses. The design is optimized to utilize the full print volume of the Bambu Lab A1 mini (180x180 mm)

Parametric Design: The project is fully parametric. You can easily modify the channel width to fit any gasket, vary the hole diameter for your preferred pneumatic fitting, and customize the mounting tabs to the surface
2 Independent Zones: Manage vacuum in separate sections to precisely clamp even small workpieces, preventing pressure loss in unused areas
🛠 Required Materials
4 mm round neoprene gasket (or custom size based on file modifications)
1/8" pneumatic fittings for 6 mm tubing (or your choice)
Vacuum generator compatible with 6 mm tubing
6 mm tubing (or the size corresponding to the chosen fittings)
Push-in valve for 6 mm tubing (or your choice based on the fittings used)
🚀 Quick Instructions
Print the file: Use the included optimized profile to ensure maximum flatness and zero deformation
Mounting: Screw the plate to the CNC bed or workbench using the side tabs
Gasket: Insert the gasket into the desired path to define the work area
Connection: Connect the tubes, activate the vacuum, and start working in complete safety!
PARAMETERS OF MY TEST
THE CHANNEL WAS MADE 3.8MM FOR A 4MM GASKET
THE HOLE FOR THE 1/8 FITTING IS 9MM
I RECOMMEND DOING TESTS BY ONLY PRINTING THE PART WHERE THE FITTING IS SCREWED TO BE SURE OF THE HOLE DIAMETER
