Description
Legend has it that only the true King of Makers will be able to extract Excalibur from the stone. (The others must recalibrate the build plate).
Forget enchanted swords and knights of the round table. The true challenge of the modern world is not won with brute force, but with the hundredth of a millimeter.
This 3D model merges the legendary aesthetic of the sword in the stone with the symbolic tool of every maker, engineer, and artisan: the caliper. Made in a single piece (or assembled), the model plays on the contrast between the organic and raw texture of the rock and the geometric and clean lines of the measuring instrument.
