💩 Poop Knife – A Highly Specialized Tool

Some problems require… specialized solutions.

The Poop Knife is a fully 3D printable novelty tool designed for those extremely specific situations that most people prefer not to talk about—but everyone immediately understands.

Modeled after a standard kitchen paring knife, this version makes a few important distinctions. Most notably, the blade is clearly labeled “Not Food Safe”—just in case there was any confusion. The handle features the proud title Poop Knife, flanked by two cheerful companions who seem far too happy about the situation.

The model prints in separate parts for easy assembly. The blade and handle snap together securely, forming a surprisingly sturdy tool that you will absolutely need to explain to anyone who finds it.

Optional accessories are included for those looking to take things a step further. A snap-on “smear” attachment adds an extra layer of realism (and poor decision-making), while a spiral-style display mount allows you to present your creation like the artifact it truly is.

Despite its appearance, this is firmly a novelty item. It is not intended for food use, dishwasher use, or really any use that could be described as “practical” in a normal setting.

Print it as a joke. Gift it to a friend. Leave it somewhere questionable.
Just don’t forget to label it.

This model is inspired by a dear friend of mine. He always says:

"Sometimes the titanic has to break in half before she can sink."

You may be familiar with the concept of the poop knife through a viral Reddit post by a user named "LearnedButt," describing a family that kept a communal knife for chopping large stools.

I first became familiar with the concept when I was young: I had a friend who kept a stash of disposable plastic knives in the bathroom. Just in case.

When I saw the April Fool's contest on Makerworld, I knew I had to make one as a homage to him.
