🚀 Minimal Floating Shelf 20x10 – Reinforced Structure (v1.0)
If you decide to print this model, please leave a rating and a photo of the result! As this is my first project, all feedback is crucial to help me grow and improve. Thank you so much! 🙏

💡 The Concept
This shelf was born from the search for a balance between modern aesthetics and mechanical solidity. With a profile of 20 cm in length and 10 cm in depth, it is the ideal solution for displaying action figures, small plants, smart speakers, or collector's items, giving the illusion that they are suspended in thin air.

The 3.3 cm thickness was specifically chosen to add character to the wall and ensure an extremely stable internal housing for the supports.

🛠️ Fixing Innovation
Unlike classic thin shelves that tend to flex under stress, this design introduces a structural improvement focused on durability:

Integrated Holes in the Supports: The holes for the wall mounting screws are not on a simple flat plate, but are integrated directly into the bracket arms.

Load Distribution: This geometry transfers mechanical tension directly to the structural arms, reducing stress on the base and preventing the "sagging" effect downwards.

Mechanical Resistance: By shifting the load to the arms, the system better manages weight tension, improving overall stability.

📐 Technical Specifications
Length: 20 cm

Depth: 10 cm

Thickness: 3.3 cm

Design: Completely "Hidden Hardware' (no visible screws once mounted).

📥 Notes for the Maker (My first project!)
As this is my first publication, I have put the utmost care into the design, but I am aware that there is always room for improvement.

I am open to suggestions! If you notice defects in the tolerances between the bracket and the shelf, or have ideas to further reinforce the structure, please write them in the comments. I ask for a little leniency for any small initial errors: your experience will help me perfect the file!

🖨️ Printing Tips
Walls: At least 3 or 4 (essential for the strength of the arms).

Infill: 15-20% (Gyroid recommended for uniform strength).

Material: PLA+ for maximum rigidity, or PETG if you are looking for a bit more elasticity.

Supports: Consider print orientation to minimize supports in the interlocking hole.
