The ultra-low-cost DIY lathe V2.2 version is here! (Updated and maintained on 260302, shortened the length of the tailstock, added a T6 lead screw limit block, and integrated changes from previous versions)
STEP format files have been included, fully open source

T8 lead screw (2mm lead with trimmed nut) + bearing block
Two MGN9 guide rails 250mm long (with MGN9H extended block, mounting hole spacing 15*16)
Four M5x100mm smooth rods + 8 inner 5 outer 7 length 8 brass bushings
T6 lead screw (1mm lead with trimmed nut)
M3 screws (5, 8, 12) and several M8 heat set inserts
Spindle: one M8x70 smooth rod, five 608zz bearings (inner 8 outer 22 thick 7), 20-tooth inner bore 5mm, 40-tooth inner bore 8mm (both belt width 6mm), 200mm timing belt (GT2-6-200)

260212 Update: The spindle base has been changed, details are written in the print profile. It is recommended to prioritize printing the latest version structure

V3 Preview: Aluminum profile bed, finished spindle, 3-jaw chuck, 997 DC motor, all parts comply with JLCPCB CNC prototyping rules (but also largely outside the scope of 3D printing)
