Project Name: IN-14 Clock
Description: A custom-built enclosure for vintage Soviet IN-14 Nixie tubes. This project moves away from the typical "sandwich" acrylic cases in favor of a solid, 3D-printed chassis with a matte finish.
The enclosure was designed in OpenSCAD with a focus on clean lines. The chassis is a solid block with a smooth front face, accented by a separate decorative facade. The top deck is a 5mm thick solid slab that overhangs the body by 2.5mm, giving the clock a "capped" architectural look. The electronics are suspended from the lid using a custom spacer system, ensuring the tubes sit perfectly flush with the top surface.
