CLEVAST Blower Case
Print Profile(1)

Description
***APRIL 2026 UPGRADE*** Handle model to be 3D Printed and attached after drilling the case
I received a CLEVAST blower/vacuum from Santa Claus
Everything came in a cardboard box with a small bag but I wanted my own storage case so I modeled the case and, most importantly, created a custom insert to neatly hold all the different parts
It was a detailed and complex job that required many test prints and refinements
The prints will be quite long, taking over 22 hours to print everything, but if you are an organization enthusiast and have filament to use, it's ideal
P.S. To drastically reduce printing times, all layers were set to 0.28mm. This means the print won't be beautiful to look at, but it must be functional first. For a better print, decrease the layer height to your liking (you risk each internal piece taking up to 15 hours)
P.P.S. A dab of hot glue would be advisable to connect the insert to the case, but it fits well as is
P.P.P.S. Please, behind every published model are days and days of testing, 3D models, and failed prints. Avoid leaving negative comments or even low star ratings because there is no profit motive here, just free sharing
Thank you and post your photos!
If you can make improvements to print times and resolution, remix it! :)
