Description
The Pindaloo
This is a simplified take on the Pindaloo juggling toy. It is a super simple tubular design, just bent 180 degrees. Includes 2 snap-fit caps to cover each end of the tube and store the ball inside when not in use. Total print time is 3 hours and 8 mins, start to finish. Once finished the supports should be easy to remove by hand, but if any supports remain in the tube and aren't reachable with your fingers, a screwdriver or pick should easily remove them. Total print time is 3 hours and 8 mins, start to finish.
It's scaled down from the original's size, minimizing filament and time cost. It is also worth noting that the smaller size seems to raise the difficulty of the game, and definitely requires patience and practice. However, it works as shown in the demonstration (which was done with minimal practice) and is a fun game to learn and elevate your skills.
The Pindaloo is a fun skill to have and could be a cool gift for the right person. Once you've acquired some skill with it, there's plenty of tricks and moves to master, making this simple toy good for hours of use. There's plenty of videos out on YouTube demonstrating it, and it's pretty incredible what some people are able to do. I've had fun practicing it, and I hope you all do too. I'm still pretty new to the world of 3D printing and designing, but I've really enjoyed it and hope you find this model enjoyable as well.
Thanks for checking it out!
