Boost Me (for free)

Thanks for all your support so far every boost means a lot to us

Here's another addition to the Cairn EDC range,

Its a little large for an EDC but it will nicely match our calliper and knife.

Pictured is a full length blade however we do suggest you shorten it for heavier use or light use a full length blade will be sufficient.

I have bought many of these from big name brands before and even with the longer handle if you hit the end they are prone to bending the blade, for those small jobs in hard to reach places this should be perfect.

For this you will need some non printable hardware something all of us makers usually have somewhere.

You will need :

1x M3 x 6mm socket head cap screw (Allen Bolt)

1x M3 nut, I used a standard nut as it was all I had but a nyloc nut would be better.

1x M3 washer for the screw.

Simply print your handle fit the blade until the blade hole lines up with corresponding handle hole, fit your fasteners and voila you have your latest Cairn EDC tool. We used a coolplate for this to avoid using a brim but if your using any other plates I recommend using a brim in the slicer

We will be adding to this line in due course ( they are really fun to design and being an engineer I'm all about my tools

If you have any suggestions for our next issue let us know in the below comment section.

Thanks and enjoy

N,

Cairn Focus3d
